Last November 2019, The ASEAN Rice Bowl Startup Awards, recognized Overdrive as Singapore’s Best IoT Startup.  The award, organised by New Entrepreneurs Foundation, aimed to commemorate startup businesses and people that demonstrated innovative solutions, sheer excellence, and exceptional talents across the Southeast Asian ecosystem. They put emphasis on exemplary entrepreneurship and hopes to inspire a diverse community in the tech world.

Since 2015, Rice Bowl continues to appreciate the passion, risk and hard-work involved in building a startup as well as the brains behind the success of each organization. They showcase the regional skills in tech innovation, featuring organization that provides the benchmark and inspiration to aspiring startups.

Overdrive Wins!

Building a successful business relies on many contributing factors.  Coming up with a sound strategy, crafting a marketable product or service, and being able to execute an efficient process are the key aspects that all starting organization take note of.

Overdrive took these aspects into account. What started as a simple car fleet management solution, now evolved into an innovative suite of holistic IoT solutions.  Going beyond tracking, Overdrive tweaked device-level firmware and connectivity, making their technology and platform highly exceptional. However, the continues success falls to the people within the organization that executed the strategies, plans, and processes that made the business strong.
